Professional Consulting
I have managed the delivery of SaaS solutions and new electronic product development for 30 years, always working closely with all stakeholders internal and external. Working as a Design Engineer, Technical Director and Managing Director.
Experience has taught me to quickly spot the improvements that can be made across a business to enhance the new product or service delivery process. And to understand and communicate the needs of all departments in the development and operational stages.
